Fruitland, Utah
WildlandFire Council

The Fruitland Wildland Fire Council is a volunteer group dedicated to educating and helping residents (full and part time) in the Fruitland Fire District protect their property from Wild Fires.

These folks all donate a huge block of their personal time and considerable resources throughout the year to the Fruitland Firewise Community to organize and pull off the annual Fruitland Fire held every year on the Saturday of the Memorial Day Weekend at the end of May at the Fruitland, Utah Fire Station at 45000 W SR40, in the Heart of Fruitland, Utah.

The council meets weekly Feb through June planning and attending to the details of the event. The council solicits all of the door prizes from businesses that are given away at the Fire Fair and make sure all of the infrastructure is ready for Memorial Saturday.
